The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area (ONA) is undergoing significant restoration efforts to combat erosion. A $16 million project has been initiated to stabilize the shoreline, which includes the construction of a retaining wall, installation of in-water wave breaks, and planting of mangroves to enhance the area's biodiversity and protect the historic lighthouse.
