California Department of Water Resources
The California Department of Water Resources needed steel sheet pile and pipe piles for emergency repair work, should a large-scale flooding event occur. Nucor Skyline manufactured the 4,000 tons of 54” x 0.750” spiralweld pipe piles, 1,100 tons of PZ 35 sheet pile pairs, and SKP-M and SKP-F connectors that needed to be stored in Stockton, CA and Rio Vista, CA. Nucor Skyline partnered with Foundation Constructors for the material handling and stacking and R&B Protective Coatings for the coating application.
